To express ‘binge’ in Korean, there are a few different ways depending on the verb.
For binge-watching and binge-sleeping, you can use ‘몰다.’
‘몰다’ basically means ‘to gather’ or ‘to corner,’ which aligns with the concept of bingeing.
We combine ‘몰다’ with verbs like ‘to watch’ and ‘to sleep’ using 아/어/해서!
Binge- watching : 몰아서 보다
Binge- sleeping : 몰아서 자다
To do it all at once : 몰아서 하다

I spent the whole weekend binge-watching that new series.
– 주말 내내 그 새로운 드라마를 몰아서 봤어
* “내내” means “throughout” or “all the way through.”
We ended up binge-watching three seasons in one night.
– 우리 하룻밤만에 세 시즌을 몰아서 봤어.
Work hard during the week, and catch up on sleep over the weekend.
– 평일에 열일하고 주말에 몰아서 자.
* “열일” is an abbreviation for “열심히 일하다”
Some people say that sleeping in one go isn’t good.
– 몰아서 자는 게 안 좋다고 말하는 사람도 있어
I’m going to do all my cleaning at once this weekend.
– 이번 주말에 청소 몰아서 할거야
* You can also say 몰아서 끝낼거야(to finish!)
I‘m planning to do all my assignments at once on Sunday.
– 일요일에 과제 몰아서 할려고~
To express binge-eating or binge-drinking in Korean,
we use the words 폭식 (binge-eating) and 과음 (binge-drinking), combined with the verb 하다 (to do).
Binge- eating : 폭식하다
Binge- drinking : 과음하다
